At the end of 2018 PJSC VimpelCom announced tender for the purchase of specialized software for self-service kiosks installed in Beeline sales offices in Russia. According to the tender results Soft-logic company become the winner and the product Pay-logic Processing center was chosen as best software package for solving customer tasks.

As a result of the implemented project, at the beginning of 2020 Pay-logic kiosk software will be installed on all payment kiosks at Beeline communication stores and will provide to the customers payment not only for cellular communications, but also for over 3000 third-party providers services.

After making payment payment kiosks allow to transfer change to the selected service, as well as check payment status.

Within the framework of the implementation Pay-logic Processing center in Beeline, Soft-logic specialists have completed:

1. Implementation of Beeline branded interface that meets the modern requirements of self-service kiosks users.

2. Combine of payment kiosks with functionality for demonstrating personal bonus programs on self-service devices.

When customer pays for Beeline communication services, mobile operator using the internal API checks the customer’s data for personal offers in the system. If offers detected, kiosk displays them.

3. Integration with the Beeline internal Fraud-monitoring system to counter fraudulent transactions, identify and process suspicious payments.

4. Building a fail-over cluster with backup and recovery after crash (disaster recovery). The cluster employs over twelve servers installed in the primary and backup data centers, supports full load balancing and automatic switching to the backup channel of both incoming requests and all information flows within the system, including balancing of payment gateways.
