Self microloan kiosks from Soft-login


Previously, we announced the launch of 20 universal Bironex crypto ATMs for sale of cryptocurrencies with the possibility of acceptance regular payments. At the moment, on the basis of these devices we launched a full-fledged service for lending and repaying microloans, with support of the borrower identification.

An additional business direction of Bironex is leading of quick loans, therefore, if our Pay-logic software have technical possibility, the customer decided to automate the lead processes based on existing self-service kiosks, as well as expand the network of universal kiosks up to 50 units. To implement the functionality, Soft-logic specialists integrated with the customer’s API for leading loans, integrated passport scanner, which is installed in payment kiosks and also activated web camera support.

At the beginning of the process client choose the desired loan amount with automatic recount of the repayment amount, enters his phone number in the kiosks interface, receives a one-time password for identification, which must be entered.

After validating the phone number client invited to fill out a questionnaire to obtain loan approval.

Next step is the process of customer identification by obtaining his photograph and scanning an identity card (passport). The process is built in a convenient format for the client, it allows real-time viewing of data from the camera, taking pictures and in case of unsuccessful picture, taking the photo again. The whole process contain hints on the screen.

Scanning of the passport is carried out from two sides (in variation of the passport of the Republic of Kyrgyzstan), and passport data is automatically recognized for further transferring via API to the microloan organization. Automation of obtaining data from passport minimizes fraud risks when leading loans and also simplifies the process of dispensing them, since user do not need to manually enter his full name and other customer data.

All received information is sent via API to the microloan system and client almost immediately receives response. After confirming the application, client checks the maximum amount of the approved microloan in the interface (can reduce it at will) and presses the withdrawal cash button. After successful dispensing of money from the bill dispenser, kiosk software sends confirmation of the operation to the customer’s microloan system.

Soft-logic company offers all interested participants of the lending market our technological capabilities for implementing ready-made automated service for lead and repayment of microloans using self-service kiosks. Solution can be customized or expanded according to the conditions and taking into account the specifics of potential customers.

According to the project results, we combined three services in one device — purchase and sale of cryptocurrency, acceptance of regular payments and lead of microloans. We are not going to rest on our laurels and in the near future we will automate face matching of the client with his photo from the passport.

Our multifunctional software is ready to solve any client purposes following the dynamic market changes and user needs for self-service kiosks. Currently, we are jointly working on the further development of the project with the transition to remote channels, by launching an e-wallet system with the ability to pay for services and merchant’s goods using loan funds.
