Pay-logic payment hub has been implemented in Halyk Bank, one of the top 10 largest banks in Kyrgyzstan. The solution is used to organize the operation of automatic deposit machines (ADM) and payment kiosks in the customer's self-service device network.

Deposit machines are the newest devices for Kyrgyzstan and are being launched for the first time in the region on the basis of Halyk Bank. The pilot project includes 10 devices, further it is planned to increase up to 50 ADM. The devices allow replenishment of customer accounts, including fast online self-collection (acceptance of a stack up to 1500 banknotes per minute), as well as replenishment of bank cards.

At the same time, payment kiosks of the bank are being transferred to Pay-logic software. The devices allow to replenish bank accounts and cards (single acceptance of bills), pay regular payments with support for issuing change cards or transferring change to another service. Kiosks are providing services of Pay24 — the largest payment aggregator in the Kyrgyz Republic. The specialists of Soft-logic company added 50 services to the system, the remaining 400 were added by the customer on their own thanks to the mechanism of self establishment of the services available in the Pay-logic software.

In the near future, ADM will launch an opportunity to pay for all services provided at Halyk Bank's payment kiosks, therefore the devices will become identical in functionality for end customers.

Project includes the following features, that have been implemented:

1. Completed integration with the core banking system. All transactions that are created in the Pay-logic system are instantly sent to the bank system, all transactions are generated according to the accounting model of the bank. The process of transferring funds through accounts is fully automated.

2. Services for payment of local utilities provided by Kyrgyz suppliers were launched.

3. The kiosks interface was stylized in the corporate colors of Halyk Bank based on the standard Soft-logic screens.

4. Integration of Pay-logic with HalykBank Online Internet banking for processing payments within RBS, which allows the payment hub to be a single entry point for processing financial transactions from all channels of the bank.

As a result of the implementation, Halyk Bank provided its clients with a high-quality cash deposit service: fast, convenient and safe. Modern software for payment kiosks provides payment of regular payments, loans through self-service devices, increasing the convenience for the end customers of the bank.

Based on the results of the project, we combine several services at once in ADM and provide the bank with multifunctional devices to solve the maximum number of tasks with minimum investment. The flexibility of our software allows the implementation of different opportunities in the interests of banks on the basis of modern self-service devices.
