Training appointment types: new functionality in kiosks for fitness clubs


In the last news we presented the launch of the family account feature with the ability to add family members and fully manage their trainings and payments.

We continue to expand the capabilities of kiosks and now user can book for training directly through the fitness club schedule, as long as he log into the system (viewing the club schedule is available without authorization). At the same time, for the convenience of the user for each training were added labels with information about the booking status.

The booking process includes three types based on the fitness club networks that use our software and is determined by the payment models selected in fitness clubs.

Average booking

A one-time free visit, visit within the framework of an existing membership card or visit using existing number of prepaid services for user.

Postpaid booking

Visit of a training session with adding of the value to the debt list and payment for it in the future.

Booking as reservation

Visit of a training only if payment for it made at 15 minutes before it starts. If payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled.

Our specialists continue to improve the new web interface, all updates are available for use in fitness clubs kiosks. We are also ready to expand the functionality and add individual features for specific customers upon request.
