Self-service ticket kiosks for ticket vendors


Our software for ticketing sale via self-service kiosks has received a number of updates. Ticket vendors can use the device to deploy their ticket websites at kiosks and organize the most up-to-date ticket sales format.

Ticket website or showcase directly at the kiosk

We have modified the internal kiosk API, which provides easy integration and efficient implementation of any tickets sale process. The software allows to quickly and with minimal cost to deploy a website or custom ticket showcase right in the interface.

As a result, the user independently chooses tickets (event, number and type of seats, etc.) directly on the site of the ticket vendor, which is open at the kiosk, and when customer click to payment button, interface switch to the kiosk software and allow to make payment in a convenient way (by bank card or in cash).

Interactive posters

A distinctive feature of the kiosks is the presence of a bright, colorful screen that effectively attracts potential buyers. Our software supports remote uploading and updating of any advertising content – banners, videos, animations through the back office. Supports flexible adjustment of time and place of demonstrations, detailed statistics.

Ticket printing

Ticket kiosks on our software support ticket printing through cash registers based on barcodes, QR-codes or custom IDs for solving basic tasks of organizing a ticket system.

At the same time, it is possible to print tickets on specialized forms based on high-quality thermal cardboard for specialized ticket systems. In our kiosks implemented support for Custom 302 thermal ticket printers, which support:

  • Filing paper from any rolls, including large sized
  • Automatic cropping of ticket stubs
  • Ticket verification by comparing with the preloaded ticket image

Cost reduction

The average area for ticket kiosk is 54 by 54 cm. The device does not require the employee (independent sale unit) and offers the entire repertoire of the ticket vendor for purchase through an open website or a showcase.

Significantly reduced rental costs and ticket cashiers costs at stationary points of tickets sale in the trade malls, metro stations, business centers and other places. Small dimensions and mobility allow to quickly move devices to points of high demand or quickly organize sales at such events as concerts or exhibitions, easily launch a sales channel in sports arenas, cultural centers, amusement parks, etc.

Solution application

All ticket vendor kiosks are combined in a back office, accessible through any web browser. All financial operations, information about the technical condition of the equipment, about the fullness of cash boxes, and the presence of thermal paper are available at online. Additionally transfer data from the ticket printer sensors and record amount of the remaining tickets. Monitoring and reporting of points efficiency is provided.

To maintain the operation, self-service kiosks only require paper for cash register printer and thermal ticket printer, if it is installed. If the customer chooses only cashless kiosks, there is no need for cash collection service.
